Whether you have only recently started coming along to Immanuel or are a long established member, we hope you will find this section useful.
Quick essential info
- Email newsletters and updates: sign up with our Church Administrator for weekly news.
- Who’s who: We have a church address book which is only available on-line to protect everyone’s privacy. We encourage all our church family to register for ChurchSuite (our church management system), which holds the contact details securely, and also sends out rota reminders and shows the detailed church calendar. - Join the church: if you have been attending Immanuel services for six months, you can apply to become a member – contact Paul Collins.
- Membership Renewal: every three years we invite all our members to renew their membership. We do this to keep our register of members up to date. The next renewal is due in 2026.
- AGM and elections: As a member of Immanuel, you are invited to the Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is usually held in March. You have the opportunity to stand for election to the leadership team and board of trustees, as each year some of the leaders and trustees step down to allow for change. You also have the responsibility of choosing who will be elected as leader or trustee. More about AGM and elections…
- General meeting (GM): we usually have a GM in the autumn to review how things are going. You can read the minutes of the latest GM here.

- Policies: as always, the church has many policies and procedures which we need to take care of everyone. You can find Policies for everyone in the public area, and Policies for staff, trustees and leaders are in the password protected area for members only.
