Church Management System (CMS)

Church Management System (CMS)

ChurchSuite CMS

In June 2019 we upgraded our church management system to ChurchSuite to ensure we have the systems we need for our growing church. The idea is to make it easier for everyone who is a member or a regular at Immanuel to become more involved in church life.

ChurchSuite covers the usual areas of church address book, calendar and duty rotas – but it offers many other useful functions. It makes it very easy for anyone – whether in the church or visiting our website- to sign up for events, book a place and even to pay for an activity or make a donation online. There are also many admin functions to help anyone planning an event or organising an area of church life.

Get signed up: If you are a member or regular at Immanuel, we can sign you up so that you have full access to ChurchSuite. If you have a smart phone or tablet, you can also get access through the MyChurchSuite app. (That’s very useful if you need to check an address or duty rota when you are on the move.) To get signed up email the Church Administrator or talk to Jill and Richard at the Sunday at 10 Welcome desk.

Logging in: one easy way is to click on the Log-in button on the Members Area menu above. You can also search Google to find the ChurchSuite Login and type in Immanuel to find our church log-in very easily.

Privacy:

Protecting your personal information: the online system is very effective in providing each individual with control over their own information, which helps us to comply with the GDPR 2018 (General Data Protection Regulation). You can view our Privacy Notice at the foot of this (and every) webpage.

For example, each person can control how much of their contact details are visible to other people in the church. If you are on a church duty rota, you can choose whether to receive the email reminders or not.

Now the online system is up and running, we ask everyone to delete any out of date copies of the members’ directory (whether digital or paper version) to protect everyone’s privacy.
