Prayer at Immanuel
We aim to put prayer at the heart of everything we do.

24/1 Prayer weekends and Encounter evenings – Every 2 to 3 months we set aside time to pray as a church. Sign up to pray for an hour so that between us we cover from 6pm Saturday to 6pm Sunday. Pray at home or with friends and share any significant words on our online Prayer Wall. We complete the weekend by meeting together for an Encounter evening of worship and listening to God.
Regular Prayer groups:
- Daily: Monday to Friday 9 to 9.30 on Zoom (Morning Prayer). Join in as often as you like More…
- Pop-up prayer groups: small groups gathering – when and where it suits – arranged on the WhatsApp group. Contact Church Admin to join.
- Sunday mornings 10 to 10.20am – for the Sunday service
- Gathering the whole church on Sunday evenings from time to time

Prayer Ministry team – every Sunday after the service, the team are available to stand with you in prayer.
Retreats: several times each year we arrange to spend a Saturday in a quiet place in the countryside, with time and space to listen to God and pray.
